Formosa Plastics Corp., Texas employees hosted a golf tournament in October and raised $500,000 for the United Way. Approximately, 150 contractor sponsors and vendors supported the tournament and more than 100 teams participated. The United Way of Calhoun County and the United Way of the Crossroads each received $250,000 checks on Friday, Dec. 8, 2023.
